30-Minute Reset
A 30-Minute Life Reset

Dear Me,
I'm Running on Empty.

30 minutes to understand what is exhausting you, decide what needs to change, and make one real change before you leave.

This is not about fixing your whole life today. It is about moving from:

“I’m tired of everything.”

to:

“I know what is draining me. I know what I need. I know what I’m changing first. And I’ve already started.”

In 30 minutes, you will have:

  1. Named your #1 emotional drain
  2. Named your #1 physical / time drain
  3. Found what gives your emotional energy back
  4. Found what gives your physical energy and time back
  5. Built a simple Stop / Reduce / Share / Keep plan
  6. Chosen what needs attention Today, This Week, and Later
  7. Taken one real action — during the course itself
  8. Rated yourself before and after, so the shift is visible

Before we begin · 1 minute

There are seasons where nothing is terribly wrong…

but everything feels like too much.

You love your children.

You love your family.

You may love your partner.

You may even love your work.

And still think:

“I cannot keep giving like this.”

That doesn’t automatically mean you want to leave your family, your career, your marriage or your life.

Sometimes it simply means: the way you are currently living it is asking more from you than you have available to give.

So for the next 30 minutes, we’re not going to analyse your entire life. We are going to find:

What is taking from you?

What can give something back?

What needs to change first?

And what can you change right now?

Before score

Where are you, right now?Rate each from 0–10. Be honest — this is your starting line.

1 · Hear It · Minutes 1–6

What am I actually tired of?Don’t answer “Everything.” We’re going underneath “everything.” Quickly — no long journaling.

Tap an example to use it:

1 · Hear It · continued

And in your body, your hours?

Tap an example to use it:

2 · Feel It · Minutes 6–10

What do I need more of?We’re not asking “What’s wrong with me?” We’re asking “What am I running low on?”

Now complete:

If life stayed exactly the same but I received more…

…I would already feel lighter.

3 · See It · Minutes 10–15

Where is my energy actually going?Four boxes. One line in each.

Stop

Something I am doing that genuinely does not need to continue.

Reduce

Still needs to happen — but not at the current frequency, intensity or standard.

Keep

May be tiring, but genuinely matters to me and deserves my energy.

The most important question

“What am I doing because it is genuinely my responsibility… and what am I doing because everyone has become used to me doing it?”

4 · Choose It · Minutes 15–20

Your Energy-Back PlanNow we stop looking only at what drains you. We find what restores you. Choose ONE from each side.

Emotional energy

What would make me feel even 10% emotionally lighter?

Physical energy

What would make my body / time feel 10% lighter?

5 · Your “I’m Tired” Life Outline · Minutes 20–24

First. Next. Later. You do NOT need a 27-point action plan. You need to know what happens first, next and later.

Not now

This box matters. Because sometimes exhaustion comes not just from what we’re doing… but from mentally carrying everything we haven’t done.

6 · Live It · Minutes 24–29

The 5-Minute Real-Life ResetDo not move to the next lesson. Do not make another list. For the next five minutes, you are going to change something in your actual life.

5:00
Pick ONE option below, then start the clock.

“I’m running low on energy and I need some help. From now on, can you please take responsibility for…”

Send it now.

Block a slot. Label it MY TIME — NOT AVAILABLE. It can be 20 minutes. It counts.

Cancel, postpone, unsubscribe, say no to, or remove ONE unnecessary commitment.

Do it now.

Choose one task. Send it to the person who can take it over.

Do it now.

If the frustration is “I never get time for what I want to build” — open the project right now. For five minutes:

  • create the document
  • write the first paragraph
  • record the first voice note
  • send the first message
  • make the first call
  • outline the first offer
  • register the domain
  • create the folder
  • take the first tiny step

You are not trying to finish it. You are proving: “My life contains space for me too.”

My action

This is the most important page in the entire program. Because this is where reflection becomes evidence.

7 · Your 60-Second Dear Me Plan

Complete these sentences. We’ve filled in what you already wrote. Edit anything.

After score

Rate again.

Your exhaustion may not disappear in thirty minutes. That is not the promise.

The win is: “I am no longer staring at one giant problem called MY LIFE.”

You have separated it.

You know what’s draining you.

You know what needs to change.

You’ve chosen where to begin.

And most importantly:

you have already begun.

Dear Me,

I don’t need to run away from my whole life.

I may simply need to stop disappearing inside it.

I don’t have to become less loving.
I don’t have to stop caring.

But caring for everyone cannot require abandoning myself.

Something needs to change.

And today…

something did.
